Independent procurement coordination
Palletizing Robot Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We help plant buyers collect comparable factory wholesale quotes for palletizing robot cells. We do not manufacture robots, do not claim factory ownership, and do not act as a brand-appointed reseller. Certificates, capacity statements and customer lists belong to the named supplier in each reply.
Our role is to turn SKU data, payload including gripper mass, reach, pallet pattern, utilities and destination into questions that factories can answer on the same cell boundary. We do not convert a public model table into a performance promise for this service.
A useful sample run names the heaviest case, gripper drawing, centre of gravity and the pallet corners that must be reached. Cycle time is recorded as cases per minute against that pattern. If a factory cites a published FANUC M-410iC/500-style table, we still ask which exact arm, tool and motion path is offered. Wrist inertia and repeatability in mm are fields to request, not ratings this service can certify. Missing production samples stay a buyer gap, not a factory defect advertised here.
Site readiness evidence is a layout that shows infeed, pallet magazine, fence gates, three-phase supply, compressed air demand, footprint and PLC interface. Installation, training and spare parts are included or excluded in writing. We will not treat a brochure photo of a cell as proof that those items are in the quoted price. Commissioning hours and SAT ownership remain contract items between buyer and supplier.
Owner acceptance is the buyer’s signature on a named configuration, SKU mix and recovery procedure. Palletizing Robot Sourcing can help list those points and forward inquiries through the existing form at contact. We do not sign FAT or SAT. If you need the catalog labels used on inquiry cards, they live on equipment options and are generic RFQ names, not stock.
