This policy describes how Palletizing Robot Sourcing handles inquiry fields. It is not a claim that we operate a factory or store finished equipment.
The inquiry form uses existing fields: name, company, email, phone and a requirement text. Optional budget notes and supplier preference are merged into that same requirement field when JavaScript runs. We do not add upload controls. No street address or payment card is requested on this site.
Contact details and specifications are used to clarify the brief and to request factory wholesale quotes. We do not sell inquiry lists. Supplier replies remain those of the named factory. If you write SKU drawings or destination constraints in the requirement box, treat that as information you chose to send.
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to coordinate quotes or to meet a legal request. Because brand_config.contacts is empty, follow-up uses the work email you entered. For a correction request, send another inquiry stating what should be removed. See also the terms of service.
