palletizing robot suppliers

Palletizing Robot Sourcing coordinates comparable factory quotations from palletizing robot suppliers for a scoped robot cell. We ask each factory to restate payload with gripper mass, reach through the pallet pattern, included tooling, installation, shipping, training and commissioning. This page is a sourcing process, not a factory roster and not a brand-appointed reseller list.

Which assumptions must suppliers quote? Name the SKU mix, heaviest pick, simultaneous cases, gripper concept, pallet size and height, infeed height, destination Incoterms, and whether the quote is the arm only or a guarded cell. Who designs the end effector and verifies case grip under acceleration must appear in writing, because a low arm price often hides tool engineering. Which tooling, installation, shipping, training and commissioning items are included or excluded should sit in the same document so replies can be ranked. We do not publish a uniform discount, claimed factory audit, or cases-per-minute promise on this site.

Service stage and responsibilities

Handover

Handover: Sample run

Ask each factory to run or simulate the heaviest SKU to the highest layer and furthest pallet corner, with the proposed gripper mass included. Record cycle time as cases per minute against that pattern, not joint speed in degrees per second. If vacuum is used, record cup count, vacuum level and how a leaking case is detected. For a collaborative palletizing robot proposal, record the speed and payload used when a person is in the shared work envelope, because that duty is not the same as a fenced cell. Representative production samples remain the buyer’s to supply; this service does not warehouse cartons.

Site readiness

Confirm three-phase supply, compressed air demand, footprint, infeed conveyor height, pallet-discharge path, PLC interface and guarding layout against the same drawing the quote uses. Installation hours, anchoring, fence gates and training belong on the quote or as named exclusions. Shipping terms, packing and destination unloading should not be left as “to be discussed after PO” if you intend to compare installed project cost. Spare vacuum cups, fingers and controller backups are support items, not implied by the arm model name.
